Looking For A High Quality, Medium Size Range Bag For Handguns. Suggestions?

Friday, October 16th, 2009

I saw the $60 Glock “large” range bag at my local shooting range (its under lifestyle–accessories–>#6 on Glock’s Website). It holds 4 handguns in attached zippered and padded sleeves with space in the middle for ammo boxes, ear protection, etc. On the outside its got some extra pockets for whatever, and one with an elastic tied to the inside of the pocket to hold magazines. I’ve read online that the “logo” stuff (bags produced by the manufacturers of handguns such as Glock and S&W) are usually lower quality, so I want to avoid them. But I am having trouble finding something to replace it. Most forums say “I own this one, its great!” which is not very helpful.
What I am looking for is a suggestion for a range bag that is medium sized (about the size of a typical carry-on luggage duffel bag, obviously for a different purpose than carry-on), holds 3-4 handguns, is sturdy (preferably having a non-collapsible main pouch for boxed ammunition storage), and mimicks the Glock range bag. Price really isnt an issue.
It seems Im stuck to online shopping since I haven’t found what I want at the Range/Gun Store I go to, nor have I had any luck at Academy or Sport’s Authority. Since I can see, feel, and play with bags online, Im hopping some one can help me out.
Thanks!

Where Can I Buy An Average 40-60lb Punching Bag?

Friday, October 16th, 2009

I looked in a few large department stores (sears, target, etc) and I couldn’t find one. I was thinking maybe BIG 5 sporting goods or sport chalet but those stores are far from my house so I wanted to make sure they had them before I went to get it. Thanks for the help.

Buying a New Golf Bag?

Friday, October 16th, 2009

Purchasing the correct golf bag can be critical to how much you will enjoy the game of golf. Nobody wants to struggle or fight for eighteen holes with their golf bag by trying to find the right golf clubs or if the bag does not fit you correctly. This can simply make your round of golf absolutely miserable.
