Anyone Travel With Their Small Dog (on Planes)?
Friday, October 16th, 2009I have a 4lb Yorkie who does a lot of traveling with me by plane. We have a long trip coming up this week – a total of 12hrs of flying including 2 short stopovers.
Does anyone have any good tips or tricks for flying with their pet? My dog is very good about it, but I’m always looking for any new suggestions. On our last flight I was told my airport security that he had to be in his bag at all times in the airport, which sucks because I usually use the layovers to let him run around on leash and stretch his legs. We are now confined to the family bathroom….
